Our Client is a global Fintech company providing software and services, based in Cracow. Due to building its new structures, we are looking for professional and reliable candidate for the position of Technical and Product Support Specialist with French.
The successful candidate will be reporting to Manager based in Cracow office and will be part of newly created team responsible for supporting clients in using highly secure platform that allows external clients to confidently share critical information in real time.
Technical and Product Support Specialist with FrenchMiejsce pracy: Kraków
Main tasks:
- Handle incoming phone calls/ e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of application.
- Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's.
- Analyze and resolve most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions provided to you.
- Work closely with level up line support to obtain technical knowledge and to permanently solve difficult problems.
Requirements:
- Fluent French (C1) and Very good English (B2),
- Min year of technical helpdesk or customer service experience,
- Phone & e-mail support experience,
- Knowledge of different Web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer etc.),
- Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required,
- Ability to work shifts.
