Technical Analyst
Miejsce pracy: KrakówThe Technical Analyst is primarily responsible for providing daily systems support for internal clients (especially Pensions Finance and Accounts team) and delivery of high quality technical solutions in a timely fashion that meet the specifications provided.
The main responsibilities for the Technical Analyst also include ensuring that defects are fixed and technical issues are resolved in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

• General IT Skills:
o Strong investigative skills in complex software infrastructure.
o Experience with quality assurance: use cases identification, preparing test plans, guiding User Acceptance Tests.
o Experience supporting financial (cash) systems; familiarity with frameworks of inter-banking communication.
o Experience in programming and systems analysis (requirement gathering, implementation, unit testing).
• Specific IT skills:
o Well-grounded knowledge and experience with UNIX systems (Linux is fair enough): ability to use basic commands (cut, grep, find, tar, chown, etc.) pipes and crontab.
o Experience with SQL; experience in running DTS packages on SQL Server 2000; understanding how ODBC works.
o Good understanding of 2-tired, Windows-based applications architecture (DLLs, INI files, help files) as well as how web-based systems architecture.
o Experience in VBA programming and support of Excel plugins/modules.
• Soft skills:
o Excellent problem solving skills
o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
