For our Client, global banking company located in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates interested in Tech PMO position.
Your new role
Tech PMO role is to support the Programme Management Office in carrying out project monitoring, governance and reporting activities. The applicant will hold most or all of these responsibilities:
- Tracking statuses of project deliverables and milestones
- Risk and issue monitoring and co-ordination
- Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting
- Co-ordination of project governance arrangements
- Manage the collection, collation and processing of project information from stakeholders
- Monitor and report on budgets and expenditure
- Assist with the implementation of project standards across projects
- Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information sources
- Collaborate with Service Management Disciplines and Service Management Practise resources to promote Service Management best practise and adoption
- Reporting on Service incident, availability, improvement plans, DR compliance, patch and vulnerability compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, finance, business operations, strategic planning within IT Infrastructure environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the financial, operational, technical and regulatory drivers impacting a complex and dynamic global technology environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Experience with IT strategic planning, governance and management
- Experience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution
- Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Experience developing and executing communication strategies by collaborating with large, matrixed teams
- Ability to deliver concise time critical information to all levels of management, technology and business teams
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong Powerpoint skills
- Knowledge of Apptio
- Experience in developing reports
