Your new company
For our Client, international e-commerce company which will locate its IT structure in Kraków, we are currently looking for a Candidate’s interested in the position of Full Stack Tech Leader.

Your new role
As a Full Stack Tech Leader you will be responsible for people management and contributing in development activities supporting e.g. Merchandising Systems. The purpose of the systems is to support marketing campaigns for Qurate Retail Groups. Examples of systems are: social networks campaigns (Facebook, Instagram,etc), mailing campaigns, website advertising, integrations with other marketing systems providers.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical mentorship to staff members
• Help team members with orchestration of development activities
• Provide people management of 5-10 people team
• Own and deliver design artifacts for each sprint
• Work closely with Solution and Enterprise Architecture to ensure strategic solutions are in line with enterprise reference architecture
• Develop RESTful APIs and web applications within the Marketing and Social Networks area
• Apply knowledge of the latest trends in the industry and engage with other team members to consult and help to implement appropriate technology practices / solutions
• Own and lead design principles for a specific product.
• Own and lead CI/CD implementation for the product (including establishing code quality practices, code merge practices, establishing test automation practices)
• Set up sustainable and automated code quality / review practices
• Estimate own and in some case feature level work effort for input to project planning.
• Dealing with escalate delays, issues, risks and highlights and cooperate with project managers and/or project leads.

What you'll need to succeed
At least 5-6 years of experience in general system delivery
• Experience on people management role
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (using toolsets such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, etc.) is a must
• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) is a must
• Experience in Spring Framework
• Experience with RDBMS and / or Object oriented DB
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs and applications using Java
• Experience with building UIs with any JavaScript framework (ideally Angular)
• Experience with Spring Web, Spring Boot, Spring Integration
• Experience with Spring Batch is a plus
• Experience with NoSQL DB is a plus
• Experience with cloud native app architecture and design principles a huge plus
• Experience with any marketing-related technologies or projects is a big plus
• Experience with Spring Cloud / Spring Configuration/ Spring Vault is desirable
• Experience with deploying to containers
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
