For our Client, well known BPO company that is currently building new centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for Team Managers (~50).
As the company is connected with Travel Industry,we are looking for Candidates with previous working experience in this field, or strong interest to learn about business travel management sector.
While working at the position of Team Manager, you will be responsible formanaging Travel Specialists teams and their Team Leaders; More specifically, you will be monitoring emails quality and overall performance of employees and promoting service quality and accuracy; At this role you will be also managing actual performance feedback against targets, identifies shortfalls, corrective action and makes adjustments accordingly.
We are looking for Candidates with at least 2 years’ experience in people management oriented job.An ideal Candidate demonstrate thorough knowledge of travel industry rules including proficiency in using GDS systems. As the company is growing, we are currently looking for at least 2 managers to be responsible for Italian and English teams- knowledge of Italian or any other European language would be an asset.
Excellent level of English language is a must.
