You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. You should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the team
- Supporting team manager and performing management duties when manager is absent or out of office
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Conducting team meetings to update members on best practices
- Answering team member questions
- Helping with team member problems, and overseeing team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Creating comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance
- Communicating deadlines to team members
- Assisting management with hiring processes and new team member training
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous experience as Team Leader or Supervisor
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership, motivational and interviewing skills
- Strong Relationship building skills
