Team Leader with German!
We are looking for a German speaker with an excellent leadership skills for our Team in Krakow!
Job description:
The person on this position will support management in achieving service and compliance goals by performing a range of Professional level duties. It Includes supporting defined ‘people’ processes (PR audits, coaching, briefings etc), analysing and reporting operational issues/results/requirements, participating in continuous improvement initiatives and supporting change processes.
Key Accountabilities:
The ideal candidate will achieve optimum individual and team performance through effective and consistent application of approved processes, methods and practices. It includes clearly communicating requirements and providing accurate information and feedback to individuals and teams regarding performance expectations, targets and achievements. Team Leader will ensure optimum application of standard processes and regulatory requirements by working alongside individuals and the Team to observe compliance with best practices. One of the responsibilities will also be identifying training needs for the individual/team/department by analysing operational performance results/statistics and by reviewing employee and team performance against key service indicators.
Skills and knowledge required to succeed on this position:
• Fluent English & German it’s a must
• Previous leadership experience is highly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of business processes
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with experience of co-ordinating multiple workgroups/people to perform actions and achieve the required outputs / timelines
• Good understanding of financial risk/impact
