For our client, international banking company located in Krakow, in order to build new team in IT department, we are currently looking for Team Lead – IT Operations.
Your new role
As a Team Lead you will manage day-to-day planning, execution and operation of the Operations Team. You will manage 9 people team working on a rotational shift basis 24*7, monitor and maintain the team's performance, identify problem situations and resolve them to give maximum customer satisfaction. What is more, you will be point of contact for a Stakeholders escalation and Ensure compliance to company’s policies.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates who possess minimum 3 years of professional experience in operational management and speaks English fluently. The ideal Candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst adhering to SLAs /and customer deadlines, as well as, holds strong interpersonal skills. Excellent decision making & problem solving skills would be important. Additionally, we are looking for person who holds knowledge in the area of Service Management Processes, Incident Management, Change Management or Problem Management. You need to be flexible when it comes to working hours as your team works on rotational shifts.
