Team Leader Indirect Taxes (EMEA)
Location: Kraków
For our client - an international company currently we are searching for candidates for the position of:
Team Leader Indirect Taxes (EMEA)
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform E2E tasks in the scope of Indirect Tax & Compliance reporting (VAT, ESL, Intrastat, Annual Declarations and VAT accounts reconciliations) for TE Legal Entities in the EMEA Region
- Support implementation of standard processes and procedures
- Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
- Build strong relationship within the Team and key stakeholders from other FSC Teams and Business Units
- Lead and mentor an Operations Team with high exposure to the Business in terms of Compliance
- Cooperate and ensure an excellent relationship with other Team Leaders and Subject Matter Experts within Indirect Taxes
Your Profile:
- Strong motivation to develop within Indirect Taxes, mentoring and developing an own Team
- 5 years of experience in European Indirect Tax Compliance, ideally gained in a large multinational and with Team leading experience
- Very good knowledge in EU Indirect Tax Compliance
- Demonstrated experience working independently, prioritizing tasks, leading and motivating a Team
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure, assigning accordingly the tasks within the Team
- Excellent analytical skills with very good knowledge in Excel and SAP
- Fluency in English.
