Currently we are supporting the growth of our client’s Accounts Payable Department within Shared Services Sector. We are looking for AP Team Leader with a fluent command of English language to join fast developing international company in the business heart of Warsaw.
The firm is open for responsible candidates who would like to take on new tasks within the finance & accounting field and ready to travel abroad for business.
On this position you will play a key role in providing high-quality services related to advanced Accounts Payable processes as well as you will be responsible for managing and supervising team of experienced accountants.
Main accountabilities include the following tasks:
- Managing Accounts Payable Department members;
- Monitoring monthly, quarterly and yearly team’s target achievement;
- Reporting directly on a monthly basis to Manager and stakeholders;
- Cooperating with other Team Leaders as well as Management Team;
- Liaising with all the support departments to provide new initiatives to increase productivity and effectivness;
- Providing new ideas related to improvement and optimization AP processes;
- Working closely with HR Department;
- Supervising, supporting and motivating all AP Department members;
- Other duties required by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Fluent command of English language;
- Degree in Finance & Accounting / Economics / Business Administration / Management or equivalent;
- Managerial experience within AP accountancy (at least 1 year);
- Experience in transition of accounting processes to SSC/BPO sector would be an asset;
- Good practical knowledge and understanding of accounts payable processes;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- Strong communication and business skills;
