For our Client, one of the most prestigious new SSC in Cracow, we are looking for the person to hold a position Accounts Payable Team Leader with English!
As an Accounts Payable Team Leader with English you will be responsible for managing of a team – preparing targets, delegating tasks, motivating and coaching, organizing and supervising day to day operational activities in the area of Accounts Payable, supervising monthly, quarterly and yearly end closing, ensuring team performance; providing 1-2-1s and more. You will be a person who will be also gathering data, analysing problems, identifying root causes, developing solutions, measuring performance and reporting to the Process Lead.
To be the best Candidate for this position you need to speak English (min. B2/C1) and have minimum 3-4 years of relevant financial experience, ideally in an international SSC or BPO environment, SAP and MS Office package knowledge.
