For our Client, one of the most prestigious new SSC in Cracow from technology indystry, we are looking for a person who is willing to extend his experience in a Team Lead position!
You will have a chance to act as a SME for all members of the R2R team!
As a R2R Team Leader you will be responsible for managing 10 people team – preparing targets, delegating tasks, motivating and coaching, organizing and supervising day to day operational activities in the area of R2R, supervising monthly, quarterly and yearly end closing, ensuring team performance; providing 1-2-1s and more.
To be the best Candidate for this position you need to speak English (min. B2) and have minimum 3-4 years of rexperience in R2R processes, ideally in an international SSC or BPO environment, and also 2 years of expeirence in a Team Lead plus SAP and MS Office package knowledge. We are looking for true passionate that likes working with people and is looking for a professional environment that will help him grow.
