Team Lead Purchase to Pay
For our Client - Nikon Company, we are seeking to recruit Team Lead Purchase to Pay. The successful person will be involved in migration of accounting processes and setting up of new GBS in Warsaw.

Their products are being used by professionals all around the world. Nikon is most known for their line of digital cameras for amateur and professional use.
Description
- Ensure efficiency & high quality of P2P processes
- Manage and coordinate of P2P team in day to day operations
- Perform period end activities as per month end schedule
- Responsible for daily AP operational activities including invoice processing, accurate booking of AP transactions (invoices, credit notes), processing payments, cleared transactions, processing T&E
- Create and maintain Vendor Master data, address exceptions including tracking escalations to closure
- Resolve vendors' queries
- Ensure timely and correct completion of P2P tasks
- Daily cooperation with O2C & R2R team
- Ensure that the service levels meet the requirements of SLA
- Performance management including Internal reporting (KPI)
- Create a continuous improvement culture
Profile
- Higher Education preferable in the area of Finance and Accounting / Economics
- Very good English language (other languages will be an asset)
- Proven professional accounting experience (5 years) preferable in SSC
- ERP systems knowledge (SAP) will be an asset
- Analytical thinking, attention to details
- Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
