For our client – a newly opened, global SSC in Cracow – we are looking for French (min. B2) and English (min. B2) speaking Team Leader O2C.

Your will be responsible for managing O2C team and ensure quality and efficiency of work produced. Hold regular meetings, coach and mentor all team, recognize key employees also be a Subject Matter Expert for O2C related topics and support migration of O2C processes from European countries to Krakow.
What you'll need to succeed? 3+ years of relevant experience, strong accounting background perfect written and oral communication skills as well as people management.
