Holding this position you will manage and execute processes enabling the smooth execution of all processes connected to logistics to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements. You will be responsible for the managing the completely new team, keeping them motivated and engaged.

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in people management. Moreover, the ideal Candidate should have supervised at least 10 team members at any one time.
