We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Tax Specialist
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Assist European subsidiaries in preparing on a regular basis data for corporate
income tax, VAT and WHT returns,
Prepare Deferred Tax Asset calculation,
Prepare or assist European subsidiaries in preparation of data for other tax
compliance schedules as required by local tax laws,
Assist European subsidiaries in ensuring correct and timely submissions of all
documentation and returns to the regulators including CIT, WHT & VAT,
Develop, maintain, document, control and update procedures for tax reporting
and tax filings as per group standards.
Requirements:
Knowledge of tax rules and regulations is a must
In depth knowledge of Deferred Tax Asset calculation is a must
Experience in the area of bank’s taxation will be considered an asset
Master degree in Business/Accounting
Good understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent English, verbal & written is a must
Attention to details and problem solving skills
Ability to work under time pressure
Organisation skills
Teamwork skills
Passion for providing a high quality service to customers
Ability to learn new systems and processes
Demonstrate the ability to work with people at all levels
Be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
