YOUR CHALLENGE
- Discussing career-pathing options with high-potential employees
- Identifying project opportunities across different ALTEN branches
- Communicating with business managers and management to exchange information and propose action items
- Acting as a focal point for information for employees
- Promoting company values and mission across organization
REQUIREMENTS
We value self-driven and energetic enthusiastic professional with a structured working style and diplomatic approach.
- Completed studies (MA) in HR, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related fields
- Information Technology/Engineering knowledge and understanding
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Independence in organizing work and managing multiple projects
- Proactive approach, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication in Polish (min. C1)
- Smooth, trouble-free communication in English (min. B2)
