Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Duties:
- Develop a strong working relationship with TA team and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication
- Interview scheduling and travel reimbursement management, assistance in managing requisitions through the hiring process
- Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance
- Meeting the core KPIs of quality & accuracy measures, timeliness of work, positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates
- Support on creating attractive & compliant external job postings
- Provide professional & proactive administration support to client group (HRMs, HMs, Recruiters)
- Ensure Local country knowledge of staffing & process compliance is followed
- Learn about & understand your business/ function/ region
- Able to join TA led projects and provide input as Subject Matter Expert to achieve excellence on TA processes and systems
- Helping out TA Coordinators in other regions when volume peaks or in their absence

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in local language as well as fluency in English. Other European languages are a plus

- Ability to resolve challenges
- Some years of experience in Customer Operations or HR Administration role, ideally within a multi-national organization
