Systems Analyst (FP&A)
Lokalizacja: WarsawFor our client, the world leader in food and drink production, we are looking for proactive candidates to join the FP&A Center of Excellence team for the position of Systems Analyst. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring timely financial planning of the business unit and reporting.
Scope of duties:
- Preparing reports and making changes in projects, improving the quality of reporting and results
- Responsible for creating, building and operating reporting systems (deliver end user trainings)
- Internal planning system management
- Building main templates for internal users
- Drawing conclusions based on available data and recommending solutions to facilitate the adoption of business needs
- Responsibility for controlling, data integrity in various reporting systems and planning cycles
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data and results
- You will be the first point of contact providing expertise & technical support for all HQ systems
- Ensure the timeliness of results related to budgets and forecasts (strategic plan, annual operational plan, review of key forecasts, month / year closing and monthly forecasts)
- Close cooperation with control and planning team
Requirements:
- Financial education - economics, finance, accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in the FMCG industry will be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of systems such as. IBM Cognos, HFM, Tableau, Oracle
- Excellent knowledge of English (min. C1)
- Independence in carrying out entrusted tasks
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Ability work in a team
