Swedish speaking AR Analyst
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor one of our clients located in Kraków, we are looking for Swedish Speakers who want to develop profesionally in global corporation who strongly value every employee.
Job description:
- Proactive managing of query e-mail boxes for incoming customer e-mails,
- New order entry to SAP system, handling return orders and provide changes to existing orders,
- Close cooperation with client's team in terms of clarification of complex cases in Swedish and English language,
- contacting customers (e-mail and phone contact) for query clarification in Swedish language
Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English (min B2),
- Interest in finance,
- 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service/Accountancy/Voice Customer Care,
- Communication and interpersonal skills,
- Analytical skills,
- “Can do” attitude,
- Enjoying helping others.
