We are looking for:
Support- Junior Citrix Admin
Location: 00-867 WarszawaMain Responsibilities:
- Providing Level 2 support in Citrix XenApp based environment.
- Continuous monitoring of the overall Citrix server environment using the supplied utilities (server health check).
- Diagnostics, verification, debugging errors detected by the tools Director, Goliath.
- Diagnosis and resolutions of users’ incidents related to Citrix workspace.
- Users’ sessions administration and profile management.
- Effective cooperation with other IT departments.
- Creating and maintaining process documentation.
An Ideal Candidate Profile:
- English fluency both written and spoken,
- At least one-year-experience at IT Support position,
- Preferably: experience of working with server environment (Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2),
- Preferably: experience of working with Active Directory and Group Policy management,
- Ability to work in shifts 24/7.
