Your new role
Working in the position of Supply Chain Manager you will build, manage and on-board supplier contracts for engagements for an EMEA wide MSP recruitment program.
Reporting to the Global Client Director, you will be responsible for building, delivering and maintaining a healthy and adequate supplier list to deliver the best service to our newest global telecommunications client. You will conduct supplier performance reviews, inbound and outbound, and assure all supplier contracts are compliantly on-boarded to Hays in the local country market working with local legal, supply chain and local country teams.
You will work closely with the operational Recruitment Teams and Regional Client Directors to maximize supplier performance. You will build the entire supplier strategy and report results. This is a great opportunity to build an international operation from the start and making a huge impact with an important client in the EMEA region.
What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced Supply Chain professional, knowledgeable about building and running a multi country contracted solutions. You will have an analytical mind and strategical approach.
Experience in Outsourcing Recruitment in either MSP or RPO would be an asset.You are results driven, ambitious and tenacious professional that is looking for a role that you could make an impact.
