Supply Chain Digitalization Manager - Packaging
Our client is a leading European high-end packaging solutions provider. Due to constant, stable growth of the business, we are looking to recruit an ambitious, self-driven individual for Supply Chain Digitalization Manager's position. The successful candidate will be challenged with driving change by implementing state-of-the-art solutions to the company's supply chain, both at the local and regional level.

Description
- Ensure adaptation of digital-driven approach to Supply Chain by implementing the organization's digitalization strategy into business units located both in Poland and on the other CEE markets
- Bring insights of the opportunities that digitalization can bring to company, identify the areas of implementation, and build solid benefit cases for each possible solution
- Implement innovative tools that enhance logistic visibility at every stage, to allow the best product traceability, proactive response management, better risk assessment, network optimization, etc.
- Develop the best solutions based on smart technology, such as big data or self-learning algorithms, to establish prescriptive analytics that drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain good network among internal and external stakeholders in order to keep digitalization at focus for all functions
Profile
- University degree in Logistics, Economics, Data Science or other relevant
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management with exposure to planning, warehousing, inventory flows, procurement, transport operations, etc.
- Previous Consulting or 3PL experience will be a strong advantage
- Knowledge of paper and packaging industry will be an additional asset
- Structured, systematic approach, previous project management experience is required
- Proven ability to inspire, drive, and manage change, e.g. experience with IBP or S&OP implementation, IT system roll-outs, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence others outside of the reporting lines
- Strong analytic skills, ability to work with the numbers, mixed with financial acumen
- Broad supply-chain related knowledge and interest in up-to-minute technology
- Self-motivated, pro-active, hands-on, positive thinker
- Fluent spoken and written Polish and English are required for this position
- Ability to travel (in Poland and abroad)
