Purpose: The role of this position is to enable and manage the process of Vendor Master Data transfer, Supplier Enablement and Catalogues agenda deployment at the global level within SAP Ariba environment.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Manager of Supplier Enablement process
- Supervise the Supplier Enablement process, resolve all the issues between supplier, Ariba network and involved parties
- Secure suppliers presence, interaction and activity on Ariba Network
- Manage all email campaigns toward suppliers
- Follow-up actions with suppliers from end-to-end to secure go-live readiness for Ariba launch
- Develop regional catalog strategy in collaboration with the category sourcing leads and accountable for deployment of the catalog set-up within the Ariba tool.
- Provide all data related to hosted catalogs, prepare templates, upload templates with items & prices and test catalogs
- Manage Punch-out catalogs set up in Ariba
- Act as gatekeeper for all Vendor Master Data within the global solution
- Handle master data configuration and mass data loads in a quality ensured manner
- Support 3rd party in data enrichment and cleansing process
- Implement and control data governance within the vendor master and connected areas
- Gather issues and demands for process improvement
- Support testing in different phases
- Hold training connected to master data
Stakeholder Management, Communication and Presentations
- As required, provide the effective communication between parties
- Support and execute the creation and delivery of presentations and tutorials to internal and external stakeholders
Desired Skills And Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and any additional language is a plus. Polish is not required
- Knowledge of procurement business processes, from requisitioning to payment
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba Procurement platform
- Experience and knowledge of several of the Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Lifecycle Management and Performance, Procurement and Spend Reporting is a must
- Experience with data migration and integration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
