Supplier Analyst - Global Industrial Company
For our client, a global organization with a well recognized brand and strong global presence, we are currently looking for a Supply Analyst who will work with company's suppliers in Central and Eastern Europe footprint.Based in Warsaw, the best candidate will be part of x-functional team, working on implementation of new projects with new and developing existing suppliers , as well as delivering quality and efficiency targets of existing suppliers.

Description
- Lead new vendor introduction projects - from pre-assessment to logistics audits to full onboarding and operating (for approx. 5 -10 suppliers)
- Assess suppliers' capabilities in order to improve the efficiency of their supply chain
- Recommend areas of development and optimization solutions for suppliers' supply chain; monitor and determine whether the innovations and requirements are implemented
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing company suppliers, assuring all logistics-related targets are met (for approx. 10-15 suppliers)
- Ensure on-time deliveries, cost-efficiency and required level of service of existing suppliers; determine root-cause and solve any issue that shall occur
- Based on forecasts work with suppliers to ensure best products availability for customer
- Work closely with sourcing, quality, logistics and distribution departments across the matrix type organization in order to maximize suppliers performance
- Submit and coordinate order flow in ERP systems
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an independent role in logistics or supply chain department
- Minimum BSc/Engineering degree in Technical or Logistics-related field or relevant
- Experience working in dynamic, multi-national environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional, mature and assertive with influencing and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Polish, French and/or Russian will be an advantage
- Working proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an advantage
- Valid driving licence (10- 25 % of travel per annum)
