Strategic Projects Manager (Digital, CX, Innovation)
The purpose of the job is to deliver strategic projects for organization with key focus on digital and innovative omnichannel solutions in line with global Group Strategy and local customers needs. The main objective is to promote customer centricity orientation and opportunity for growth through improving digital customer experience and implementing digital innovations.

Our Client is a market leader of environmentally friendly off grid energy solutions.
Currently we are looking for an ambitious candidates for a newly created Omnichannel & Innovation Strategic Projects Manager (Digital, CX, Innovation) position. The role will be reporting directly to Sales & Marketing Director.
Description
- Ensure development, production and execution of innovation strategy in line with the company's strategy and BU objectives
- Bridge different teams in order to implement innovation related projects in the field of digital innovation, omnichannel and IT
- Build effective collaboration between sales and IT in line with PMO (scrum) methodology
- Build innovation culture in line with global strategy
- Orchestrate development of the omnichannel and innovation areas
- Build and maintain a network of relevant (external and internal) stakeholders/partners/industry relationships including direct collaboration with global team
- Build inhouse capability to deliver digitally oriented omnichannel solutions
- Support the process of new customers acquisition and customer retention by enhancing omnichannel for hunting new and farming existing customers
- Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of the function and departmental budgets and forecasts
Profile
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience within innovation, technology and digital area (omnichannel & CX projects are a big plus)
- Ability to effectively manage project teams and cooperate with IT
- Capability to identify and execute innovation based projects within the organisation
- A proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a must
