Strategic Cost Controller (m/f)
The chosen candidate will be supporting Senior Management in driving P&L efficiency improvements projects across entire capital group.

Our Client is well-known FMCG company. Due to their further development in Poland, we are looking for an experienced, result-driven and business-oriented professionals for the independent position of Strategic Cost Controller / Manager.
Description
- Optimize whole costs structure / policy and drive P&L efficiency improvements projects across entire capital group
- Project / Change Manager responsible for Costs re-shape projects and process optimization programs
- Accountable for Cost Management
- Drive a sustainable cost reduction program through the roll out of an agreed cost reduction model
- Lead cost control activities
- Close and daily cooperation with all cost owners, directors, board members across whole company
- Improve all departments profitability
- Ensure that new Costs policies and procedures are being adhered to
- Ensure compliance with category strategies and cost down initiatives
- Building costs awareness; be a first point of contact in regards cost effectiveness, costs education
- Develop training materials and how to guides in cooperation with Finance, Sales & marketing, Procurement, Humane Resources, IT, Logistics
- Pro-actively identify needs for process changes & end user training
- Providing support and guidance in business decision making process
- Cooperation with external consulting companies
- Reporting directly to Board Member
Profile
- 5-7+ years of controlling, commercial, cost management experience, preferably in international FMCG/ Retail / Pharmaceutical companies
- Proven ability to work in a matrix team environment and on cross functional projects
- High level of initiative and drive
- Great influencing skills, ability to motivate and convince others
- Constantly looking for new and more effective solutions, seek for new ideas
- Optimization thinker, out of the box attitude
- Culture awareness
- Fluent in English
- Great communication skills with ability to liaise with all type and level co-workers
