Role Description

You will be responsible for the planning, designing, implementing and administering a total rewards strategy and programs for the company.

Responsibilities

+ Plan, design, implement and administer the total reward strategy and programs
+ Provide your expertise on subjects regarding Total Reward
+ Conduct annual reviews

Requirements

+ BSc or MSc in Business, Finance or related
+ Over 4 years of experience in Total Rewards
(Pre: experience gained in an advisory firm or international company)
+ Fluent in English, Good in Dutch
+ Experience in financial concepts such as Profit & Loss and Accruals
