A successful candidate at the beginning will participate in a remote knowledge transfer from France. Main operational responsibilities in this role will be to provide excellent customer service, processing payments of funds and movements of shares. Description
- Providing customer service for French speaking customers
- Processing payments for Private Capital funds
- Maintaining all changes on shares
- Controlling fees
- Reconciling accounts
- Preparing reports for external customers and internal management
- Participation in remote knowledge transfer (training) from France
- Establishing and improving business processes in the Warsaw entity
Profile
- Higher education
- Knowledge of Private Capital funds will be a plus
- Fluent English and French
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and make fast decisions
- Very good multitasking skills
- Exceptional teamwork skills
