We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Specialist Engineer
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain and expand infrastructure automation management tooling, delivering new solutions as automation opportunities becomes available and helping to define automation tooling roadmaps
Support the delivery of the overall Marketing and Communications IT roadmap by contributing to the architecture of solutions across multiple projects
Assist in the definition and delivery of automation roadmaps across multiple platforms.
Proactively identifying opportunities to automate workloads, working with development Pods to simplify and streamline delivery and reduce operational risk on a continual improvement basis
Ensuring all solutions comply with relevant FIM policies and standards
The role holder will be part of Marketing and Communications IT department
Requirements:
Extensive experience working with JavaScript, NodeJS and of integrating 3rd party APIs, particularly those from Microsoft Azure and Akamai
Extensive experience of deploying GUI-based automation tooling in a production environment
Experience of deployment and support management of enterprise applications across multiple channels, particularly mobile
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Active Directory
Working knowledge Unix-based systems (specifically Red Hat and Debian), preferably with bash scripting
Experience of automating infrastructure and application deployment
Technical architecture design experience
Good verbal and written communication skills with experience of delivering practical documentation and training
Able to manage own workload and prioritise effectively
Good to have:
