Sourcing Manager - Jewellery Accessories
Our Client is an acknowledged Polish fashion company, offering personalized designer jewellery, leather goods, and other accessories. Currently we are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious candidate for the position of Sourcing Manager.
The successful candidate will be challenged with leading assigned category in both commercial, and sourcing aspects. They will work closely with their suppliers in Europe and Asia.

Description
- Be responsible for commercial and sourcing strategy of assigned Category - Jewellery and Accessories
- Actively develop Company's assortment strategy according to current market trends
- Constantly monitor and analyze market in order to pinpoint and implement latest innovations
- Work closely with suppliers in Europe and Asia to bring the best value for the customers
- Create best practices and processes to optimize cooperation with suppliers and factories abroad
- Develop promotional strategy working closely with Marketing and Project departments
- Work closely with Supply Chain Department in order to constantly monitor sales operations and ensure optimum inventory
- Lead consistent pricing policy
Profile
- Higher education (at least BA degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fashion industry in Category Management or Sourcing
- Proven track of success in developing purchasing strategy
- Analytical approach, strategic approach and business-orientation
- Very good market knowledge in Fashion industry, fluency in recent trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English; Polish would be an asset but is not required; French will be good if.
