Social Media Manager

Location: Warsaw
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Luxoft is seeking a Social Media Manager to grow our followers, engage them, and help convert them into leads, customers, candidates, and active promoters of Luxoft.

You'll need to have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, cooperate with a team of enthusiastic professionals, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leading the construction and management of the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and additional channels
  • Leading and advising on the creation of shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand, content, and links, all in partnership with our B2E and B2B teams
  • Listening and engaging in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both with existing customers and leads as well as from brand new audiences
  • Running regular social promotions and campaigns and tracking their success, anything from Twitter chats, to LinkedIn conversations, as well as the content and links posted through these and other channels
  • Working alongside other marketers and content specialists to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience
  • Driving consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
  • Exploring new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audiences

SKILLS

MUST
  • Previous experience in managing social media channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Experience in managing LinkedIn paid campaigns in B2B is a must
  • Experience in managing a LinkedIn Business Account
  • An active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and its best practices
  • Hands-on experience in using 3rd party tools such as Hootsuite, SEMRush or similar

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in using marketing data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Brand24 or similar) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, SalesManago or similar)
  • An open mind and a willingness to try, fail, and try again
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills, with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
