HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under numer 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
SME Business Analyst (HMI)
Localization: Kraków
Company’s Management Information is a management reporting system which uses proprietary software called TM1. It is designed to produce a wide range of information. Although standard reports are available the main advantage of the system is that it enables non-technical staff to create their own information and reports.
Key Accountabilities:
• Analyse Business Finance processes within Finance department,
• Support Finance Systems projects (specifications, testing, documentation, training etc.),
• Communication to the Finance Systems users community (workshops, training, guidance etc.),
• Level 3 support, meaning analysis of complex problems raised by the end users,
• Perform Finance Systems BAU tasks (clearing exceptions etc),
• Advice and guidance to Finance and Business Groups across the Global business / functions.
Requirements:
• University graduate in financial, economic or technical subject from a reputed institution,
• Up to 2 years experience in a similar position,
• Analitical skills
• Project Management experience is an asset,
• Good business understanding of Management Information reporting requirements,
• The fundamentals of accounting principles,
• Advanced Excel skills data management skills.
• Very Good written English and oral communication skills,
• Ambitious, driven and enthusiastic.
