For our Client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position:
Siemens Valor Process Preparation Software

Location: Remotely - visits to the Katowice office once every 2 months

Contract type: B2B Via Hays
Rate: PLN 140 - 165 net/h + VAT
Contract length: Long-term collaboration
Start: ASAP

Project outline and responsibilities:
The independent contractor will be responsible for providing clients with professional consulting and training services using Siemens Valor Process Preparation (VPP) tools.

Scope includes:
• Evaluation of customer production environments and workflows
• Implementation, configuration and optimization of Valor Process Preparation software
• Delivery of structured and ad hoc training to engineering and production teams
• Support with troubleshooting and optimization after implementation
• Delivery of documentation and knowledge transfer as needed
• Assistance in integrating Valor Process Preparation into broader digital production environments (optional/if required)

• Reports to: Regional Services Leader – EMEA
• Division: CLS Systems Services

Experience:
• Working knowledge of Siemens Valor Process Preparation software (including knowledge of modules such as Assembly, Test, Stencil, Panel and Documentation tools)
• Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT/PCB manufacturing or EDA consulting
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM data formats such as ODB++, Gerber, IPC-2581 and pick-and-place data
• Understanding of PCB assembly processes and hardware vendor formats
• Familiarity with BOM validation, CAD to production translation, and process engineering best practices
• Scripting capabilities (e.g. Python, JavaScript) to automate or customize Valor flows

Delivery requirements:
• Ability to lead both standard and customer-specific training sessions
• Experience creating and customizing training manuals, quick reference guides, and e-learning content
• Ability to effectively lead virtual and in-person training (English required; multilingual skills are an asset)
• Competencies in training engineers, production personnel, and systems administrators.
