For our Client, the Scandinavian pharmaceutical company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of ServiceNow Administrator.
Your new role
Holding this role you will act as a 3 rdline support, you will be responsible for assisting in administration and development of the ServiceNow frontend, implementation of workflows and processes in ServiceNow, administration of applications and modules in ServiceNow as well as reporting, troubleshooting, problem analysis and solution.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Candidate you need to possess 2-5 years of experienceon the similar position as well as have very good knowledge of ServiceNow administration, Microsoft backend/Active Directory administration and ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, knowledge. Very good English (B2) is a must.
