For our Client, who is a leading global supplier of systems and components for the automotive industry, located in Bielsko-Biała, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Service Desk Manager.
Your new role
The IT Service Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring high quality, consistent technical Customer Support ensuring that these Support Services meet (or exceed) their internally and externally expectations by providing best customer service and technical support for its region. Implement and maintain Best Practice technology and processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and good technical outcomes. This position is expected to be capable of managing a 24/5 support environment. Supervise, Monitor and Improve the Service Desk Team that is responsible for the helpdesk and technical support functions. This position has management responsibilities and accountability for 5 employee which will increase as company will grow. This individual will be the regional interface and front-line leader managing the regional service desk. These activities include: Comply service level agreements (SLAs), service delivery, incident, metrics and reporting and service desk ticketing.
What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal candidate you need to have a minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and five to 8 years relevant business domain and industry experience and with 2-4 years of leadership experience. ITIL and experience in international manufacturing business environment, preferably in the automotive industry is stronglydesired. Additionally, you need to have an excellent customer interactive skills and speak English fluently.
