Your new company
For our Client - Technology company that enters Cracow market - we are looking for Service Desk Engineer.

Your new role
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will provide first line support, order hardware for office locations and maintain documentation related with office procurement, devices and implemented projects. You work with Active Directory on a daily basis, and ensure file servers back ups regularly. Moreover, you will provide remote desktop support, Office 365 applications support and get involved with new projects within company's IT infrastructure.

What you'll need to succeed
To be a perfect candidate for this role, you need to have strong experience on a Service Desk Engineer position with exposure to Windows technologies and service desk software (Service Now, Remedy etc.). It is also important for you to have great Windows Server knowledge and networking skills (TCP/IP / DNS).
