Client Details
For our client an international organization we are looking for people for the position of Service Administration Specialist
Description
- Order intake and coordinate customers inquiries for service calls by phone, fax and email
- Scheduled service work for technicians in Poland and occasionally outside Poland
- Contact customers with service offers and service contracts
- Support for the local Service Manager
- Administrative support for the service management
- Enter orders into the ERP system and create invoices
- Enter orders into the scheduling system
- Support of colleagues within the European customer service teams
- Spare part handling for customer and technicians
Profile
- Commercial or technical background. Combination of both will be preferred
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Polish and English, both in spoken and written form
- Resistant to stress, calm and confident whilst dealing with customers & colleagues
- Able to organize and structure the workload
- Friendly, professional appearance in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
