Your new role
You will work in Data Center Operations where your main responsibilities will be related with scheduling and workflow automation. You will support Mainframe batch scheduler infrastructure and ensure customer delivery that is compatible with global standards. This role require proactive attitude towards problem solving and searching for activities that will help achieving organisations efficiency.You willadminister the end-end governance and oversight for all scheduling products and cooperate with all stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a perfect candidate for this role, you need to have strong experience in IT environment, iSeries, zSeries platforms, as well as scheduling tools: Control M or TWS. It is also important for you to have a deep understanding of Service Management Processes of Incident Management, Change Management, Service Management and the ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
