For our Client, international company based in Cracow, we are looking for candidates ready to start work on the position of Senior Technical Business Analyst.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will act as liaison between the business and IT development teams to confirm the requirements, data attributes, analysis and design, testing and business delivery. You will ensure that the written business project documentation is of a high standard and supported by clearly defined business benefits. You will provide change management sign off of any documentation as well as interact with global teams of various departments.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate you need to hold at least 4 years of experience as IT or System Business Analyst with some project management skills/ experience preferably from financial or banking sector. You must have excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and manage projects effectively. You must understand the whole Project Lifecycle process and hold ability to build relationships and influence others. Also, you need to be advanced user of tools and techniques such as Excel, PowerPoint and holds good skills in SQL. Due to work in international environment you need to hold fluent English language skills.
