For our Client, financial SSC based in Cracow, we are currently looking for French speaker with Customer Support/ basic finance/ IT Support background to join the team based in Banking Operations department.
While working at this position, you will be responsible for managing Customer Service combined with IT 1 stLine Support processes. The department is responsible for taking care of Clients that have technical troubles with online tools and payments platforms. Your job would be to take care of the Client and to solve the problem all time ensuring that you are following procedures and internal control process. You will be also responsible for managing queues effectively to ensure completion of the volumes within required cut off times.
We are looking for Candidate with fluent French and English language. Experience in banking/ finance customer support or IT support is a must. Excellent communication skills, interest in banking and ability to work under the pressure of time are a must.
