For our Client, well-known international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of a Senior Software Engineer.
Your new role
Working on this position you will be responsible for applying your technical experience in the development of high quality applications/systems as per the agreed requirements; delivering on time and to group and local standards. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary, agile product team designing and building distributed systems using modern technology stacks with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies/paradigms and to implement solutions. Moreover, you will defining and governing quality standards; maintaining expert knowledge in required technology area across multiple platforms and building strong decision-making and problem solving skills within the required technology area across multiple platforms. As a Senior Software Engineer your daily responsibilities will include producing efficient code that is meeting definition of done for business requirements, taking into account technical dependencies and non-functional requirements and conducting unit testing of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired results and that the instructions are correct.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of proven technical commercial experience and strong knowledge of Java8, Sping framework. We are looking for candidates with experience of working in Git and continuous integration/ deployment environments. Moreover, we are looking for candidates with very good analytical skills and a high level of motivation, quick to learn and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
