Your new role 

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in frontend or full-stack development to spearhead the creation of structured service catalog interfaces, automation-driven request workflows, and interactive enterprise service browsing experiences. This position is perfect for engineers who excel at tackling complex UI performance issues, designing scalable front-end architectures, and developing self-service automation solutions for structured request fulfillment. 

What You’ll Do
Architect & Develop Scalable Front-End Solutions

• Design and build enterprise-scale UI components for service request workflows and automated fulfillment.
• Implement hierarchical service catalog browsing and multi-layered interaction models.
• Optimize front-end performance, focusing on load times and rendering efficiency.
• Integrate GraphQL and REST APIs for structured workflows and approval routing.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and intuitive user experiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of front-end architecture.

Lead Technical Innovation & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on UI components.
• Lead system design reviews and UI architecture discussions.
• Enhance developer experience with design system optimizations and performance frameworks.
• Experiment with new front-end technologies for scalability and real-time execution.

Mentor & Strengthen the Engineering Team

• Mentor junior engineers in front-end expertise.
• Conduct code reviews for high-quality, maintainable code.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

What you39ll need to succeed 

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in frontend or full-stack development, focusing on service catalogs and automation.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Redux.
• Experience with GraphQL and REST API integrations.
• Knowledge of component-based front-end architectures.
• Proven ability to optimize complex UI applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with self-service portals and catalog browsing UIs.
• Familiarity with micro frontend architectures and scalability strategies.
• Experience with observability tools and UI responsiveness.
• Contributions to open-source UI frameworks or automation tools.

• DevOps & Monitoring: DataDog, CI/CD tools
