(Senior) Sales and Permament Placement Business Consultant

Every day tasks:

• Consult with clients to provide the best solution for their HR strategy
• Build a strong and trusting relationship with the client
• Search for talents using several channels
• Work with the internal database - create a talent pool and updated CV
• Create job posts and search for candidates on different job boards.
• Implement existing sourcing strategies and create new strategies as the role requires.
• Face to face interviewing using competency based interview methods
• Preparing and presenting the best candidates for the approval of the client
• Managing feedback

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales of HR services
• Ability to build long-term business relationships
• Knowlage of recruitment in any industry (Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, Engineering, etc.)
• University degree in Finance or HR area, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
