For our Client, well-known international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of a Quantitative Analyst.
Your new role
As a Quantitative Analyst you will be undertaking various quantitative and non-quantitative work, such as running analysis, building & testing tools and interacting with external teams to assist with specific projects.
You will also support Valuation Control in the running and implementation of Fair Value Adjustments and supporting users of an internal system.Your task will be to communicate effectively with people at various levels of seniority and different backgrounds in a challenging but collegiate environment.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving as well as Master’s degree in a numerical subject (Maths, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or similar) or a Business Degree. Excellent written English and oral communication skills is a must, because the job holder will have daily contact with model stakeholders and therefore require excellent communication skills in addition with outstanding technical ones. Moreover, strong derivatives knowledge is essential. Additionally familiarity with programming skills such as VBA, C++ and understand basic programming, database and logical relationships.
