Senior PLC Software Development (f/m)

Miejsce pracy: Bielany Wrocławskie, Wrocław, Kąty Wrocławskie

Scope of duties:

• creation of automation system functions in a multi-disciplinary team (mechanics, electrical, testing, process) along the complete engineering lifecycle: Requirement clarification, specification, coding, testing, deployment and commissioning, trouble shooting,
• build the electrical and software support capability and responsibility for machines with final assembly in Poland,
• create a technically strong, efficient and easy to work with software engineering team,
• create and maintain a close collaboration between the team in Poland and Germany,
• respect, but also contribute to shaping, company standards and tools,
• apply technical norms and legislative regulations.

Required qualifications:

• degree in control system engineering, software engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification,
• min 6 years of professional experience as software developer or automation engineer in the area of control system engineering for machine building or plant construction,
• extensive hands-on experience in IEC 61131-3 software development in ST and FBD,
• experience to use object oriented programming and scripting languages (Python, Powershell, bash or similar),
• experience to apply software engineering and problem resolution techniques,
• solid background in motion control and control engineering,
• english written and oral skill at least C1 level.
• german language knowledge is a plus.
