Job Title
For our client, an international (leading global) company located in Poznan, We are currently looking for:
Senior O2C and P2P BI Subject Matter Expert
Your new role
You will capture, assess and priorities business requirements to enhance O2C & P2P BI reporting, provide advice, guidance and assistance in the implementation of strategic ERP and Global Finance digital roadmap plans as well as directly develop (or work with BI Development & Operations team depending on scale & scope) to deliver reporting solutions in an agile framework: prototype, engage with business, fine-tune & deliver). You will also Ensure user requirements related to Bison and Commercial ERP BI portfolio are represented via formal governance processes where required (Bison governance, Enterprise Value Optimization (EVO)) and monitor user activity to ensure compliance with purpose and to identify opportunities to engage with potential business users to expand adoption as well as You will support GR CoE 1st line support team to resolve complex issues relating to O2C & P2P and oversee data alignment of O2C & P2P reporting with other workstreams and source systems.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to be an experienced finance professional with O2C and/or P2P process experience and have experience of management reporting, financial planning and SAP (SAP is a must have) reporting tools (ideally including Lumira and Business Explorer). You also need to have experience in building stakeholder relationships in a global, cross-functional context, be an qualified Accountant and/or Information technology qualification or equivalent training and experience as well as speak Fluent English, both written and spoken. This is a Senior SME role, so we are looking for a minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
