Senior NPI Enginner (Packaging)
The position is charged with leading the package testing plan generation and package release approvals of cosmetic
and personal care products for brand specific categories.

Our client is one of the biggest and most technologically advanced cosmetics factory in the group. The innovative production complex in employs over a thousand workers. The factory supplies cosmetics to clients from about 50 countries on 3 continents.
Opis stanowiska
- Work independently to lead the testing and evaluation of packages to support the product development and packaging development of Cosmetic and Personal Care products.
- Manage compatibility testing of product in the appropriate packaging materials to certify shelf-life requirements.
- Perform physical testing, such as distribution simulation and force, of components and final packages to predict consumer experience and prevent consumer issues.
- Conduct dimensional analysis on packaging components to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Write detailed test reports and approve package components for production release.
- Provide recommendations on packaging materials and their interaction with cosmetic formulas, decoration processes and packaging technologies.
- Schedule and organizing all required maintenance of equipment in package testing area.
- Partial management of part time direct report for package testing area inputting into performance and development plans.
Profil kandydata
- Mnimum of 4 years of experience managing NPI/NPD/Test/Technology in FMCG/Packaging company.
- Experience in leading the testing and evaluation of packages.
- This individual should have excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to write and communicate their experimental findings.
- Maintaining equipment in proper working order and maintaining a clean work area is required.
- Must be flexible with good time management skills while working well under pressure.
