Description
- responsibilty for write-off accounts for defaulted leasing contracts
- optimisation of leasing processes, finding effective and efficient working methods within systems and transactions
- management of leasing contracts- leasing classification, automation of processes related with leasing recognition in Leo ( booking patterns, accounts, types of documents, configuration in Leo, invoice generation patterns etc.), invoicing, booking, presentation)
- adjust data presentation requirements to IFRS9 requirements, processing and verification of data necessary for the calculation, performs local and group relevant reconciliations
- adjusting local reporting tool to the Group requirements
- development of tools and processes related to issuing invoices or other types of accounting documents
- optimise leasing processes, finding effective and efficient working methods within systems and transactions
Profile
- university Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics (or comparable) with a major in Controlling and/or Accounting
- experience (4+ years) in accountancy departments- leasing sector would be an asset
- good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- extraordinary ability to analyse and interpret information
- good, practical knowledge of accounting and reporting standards with regards to leasing activities
- very good English (both oral and written)
- experience in using ERP systems (LEO FK, SAP would be a great asset)
