- Partner with Business Managers to define crucial learning aims and subjects, and decide if they need to be procured, then choose with Learning & Development Manager open source or vendor, finally eventually support delivery. In case of unique issues – design solutions.
- For internal projects storyboard with accurate instructions and create engaging, rich in context methods.
- Prepare and bring appropriate systems with Technology Solutions Partners.
- Support the improvement of the Learning Experience platform.
- If necessary, improve global solutions with regard to specific company or field needs.
“What qualifications do I need to present?”
- Strong knowledge and practice of instructional design (development and evaluation) and as an asset – experience in higher education.
- Training Adults know-how.
- Fluency in English.
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Development and Evaluation or related subject.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office, HTML, Adobe, Articulate, etc.
- Great communication, innovative and manage multiple projects skills.
- Membership or certificate of relevant professional training, development, e-learning etc. bodies as a benefit.
